NZTE Capability Development Vouchers

New Zealand Trade and Enterprise Regional Partnership Network have registered training providers who are available to work with you, the owner/managers, to develop skills and knowledge in key areas of management responsibility.

These include:

•  business planning
•  governance
•  business systems
•  business sustainability
•  marketing strategies
•  finance
•  managing resources
•  lean manufacturing/business operations
•  exporting

Where a management capability need has been identified, as an outcome of a business assessment, for the owner/manager or a senior manager within the business then you may qualify for a training subsidy for up to 50% of the cost of the registered programme.

The scheme recognises the importance of small to medium size enterprises to the New Zealand economy and has been designed to assist you, the business owner/manager, to develop capability and capacity thereby enabling your business to grow. The really good news is engagement with a Regional Business Advisor does not require membership of any particular organisation and is a free service.
